At Quella Bikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new ride. If your bike or accessories aren't quite right, you can return them to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package your items in their original shipping box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point or schedule a professional collection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our mechanics inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
